Terms of Use:
Maicara , makes available information and materials on its website maicara.com subject to the following terms and conditions (Terms of Use). Your use of maicara.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use; if you do not agree to the Terms of Use you may not use the site. Maicara reserves the right to change these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice.
Shipping:
Maicara is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-14 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case may be.
Exceptions:
For orders containing either phone cases / pop grips / t-shirts /wall arts / decals or custom products do expect a delivery between 12-15 days as these are made to order.
You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Maicara is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Maicara. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Maicara, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.
Cancellation :
Please mail us at teammaicara@gmail.com for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet. No cancellation applicable for preorders and special discounts.
Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
No cancellation applicable for customised products once the order is placed.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.
If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.
Refund for the cancelled order :
If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.
We accept returns if you do not like our product(s). However, we deduct the fee that is incurred on shipping and COD (if applicable), generally ranging depending on your location of delivery, from the total order amount. RETURNS ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO COUNTRIES OTHER THAN INDIA.
Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
Maicara allows Cash-On-Delivery orders only for India. However, a small additional fee is charged for COD orders, since our delivery partners charge Maicara for the same. However, the shipping charge remains free for India.
Currency Transactions
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Maicara shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the same amount.
